Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VEYRE website and any related software, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by VEYRE Software ("VEYRE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Access by invitation

The Service is currently offered as a closed, invitation-only alpha. Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be limited, suspended, modified, or revoked at any time, with or without notice. We make no commitment that the Service, or any particular feature, will be made generally available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including the terms of any retailer or platform;
  • copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by VEYRE and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and is pre-release software that may contain errors or be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VEYRE Software operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
